Refund and cancellation policy for ConvertIQ
1. Digital Service Nature
ConvertIQ provides digital software access and AI-based analysis services. Because value is delivered immediately upon access or successful payment, refunds are generally reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate billing, technical failure that prevents delivery of the purchased service, or other exceptional circumstances as determined by ConvertIQ in its sole discretion.
3. Refund Request Window
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date and include your payment reference, account email, and a brief explanation of the issue.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Actual timing depends on the payment provider and the customer's issuing bank or payment network.
